Project Her&Now, GIZ: Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing the project 'Economic Empowerment of Women Entrepreneurs and Start-ups by Women' on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and in partnership with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India, to support aspiring and existing women entrepreneurs in India. Under the name of 'Her&Now', the project aims to contribute to a more enabling environment for women-led enterprises in India. Dhriiti - The Courage Within, founded in 2004, is a non-profit organisation working for the promotion of entrepreneurship across the country. With a vision to create financial, social, and ecologically (FSE) impactful entrepreneurs and enterprises and generate sustainable livelihoods, Dhriiti works with women, youth, children, and communities in economic crisis (CiEC); to build the spirit of entrepreneurship among Indian youth and to provide training on entrepreneurship skills, build businesses and deliver activities to grow local economies. Dhriiti has worked in 27 states across India to equip people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds with a strong focus on women entrepreneurs. With extensive knowledge and experience in working at different regions of India, Dhriiti continues to deliver the service of incubating women entrepreneurs in India through different projects like Ekta, YouStart NE, Project Pragati, WeCan, Beautypreneur and Project Her&Now
