To make this process faster, we have updated the loan agreement terms as follows:

I) Rang De P2P Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. on behalf of the lender reserves the right to restructure viz an extension of loan tenure and moratorium of installment(s) of loans in which the Lender has invested / may invest and were / may be given to borrowers who are facing or may face genuine hardship in repayment of the loan in future.

II) Rang De P2P Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. on behalf of the lender reserves the right to agree to settle, by way of a one time settlement, any outstanding loans in which the Lender has invested / may invest and were / may be given to borrowers who are facing or may face genuine hardship in repayment of the loan in future.
